| Courses offered in this major
emphasize both the development of tools of theoretical
and empirical analysis and the application of these
tools to the understanding of specific economic
phenomena and managerial problems. The major stresses
the international dimensions of both business and
economics. Within this global context, special
attention is given to Japanese business and economic
studies.
The following courses offered by the Faculty of
Economics are cross-listed as FLA International Business
and Economics courses. Students may include up to
8 credits from these courses as Elective IBE Courses.
